2.2) Explanations of the payment methods:
If you pay by credit card, we will debit your account after your (first) order for a one-time purchase or, in the case of a subscription, at the earliest four (4) days before each interval delivery.
When paying by invoice, please make the payment to our designated account, stating the invoice number in the payment reference. Transfers from abroad must be credited to our bank account free of charge. For orders on account, we reserve the right to request advance payment for orders over €50, or in the event of a negative credit rating.
If you wish to pay by SEPA direct debit, you must grant us a one-time SEPA direct debit mandate for a one-time purchase or a SEPA direct debit mandate for recurring payments during the ordering process. We will inform you about the debit to your account with the invoice (pre-notification). We shorten the pre-notification period to one (1) day.
(1) If you wish to pay via "PayPal" of the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal. (2) If you choose the payment method credit card If you have chosen to do so, the payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at the request of PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment order and after you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder, and your card will be charged.
(3) If you choose the payment method Direct debit If you have chosen this option, you will grant PayPal a direct debit mandate by confirming the payment order. PayPal will inform you of the date your account will be debited (so-called prenotification). By submitting the direct debit mandate immediately after confirming the payment order, PayPal will request your bank to initiate the payment transaction.The payment transaction will be carried out and your account will be debited
(4) If you use the payment method The invoice Paypal will make the payment with debt-discharging effect after a successful address and credit check.
If you wish to pay via Apple Pay, a payment service provided by Apple Distribution International, Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland ("Apple"), you must be registered with Apple to pay the invoice amount, or you must first register and authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm your payment order to Apple.
